Hello Everyone,

Just thought we would bring you up to date with what's happening in the Village. First of all, our project at the sewage treatment plant is almost complete. The new plant went into operation near the end of October, all seems to be working well so far, it will take a few months of operating before we know if everything is working as it should. The wind turbines are also performing as expected; we will have more info on them as we collect more data. The first week in November we drained the water tower and had it inspected and cleaned. This is required by the DNR every Five years. The good news is all is well and good to go for five more years. Also, on the water side of things, the Village has been working of a second well for the last few years, not because we are required but to protect us in case we would have a problem with well one. The second well being installed near the Mill Pond is nearing completion, when complete with the DNR's blessing we will cap this well for future use. Peace of mind for all we hope. Many other things are going on which we will update in the future. Please take the time to talk to your board representative's and ask what else is going on.
